I just checked after seeing this thread. CC was charged as well. My email says 3:01, so I must be a really fast dude! I just refreshed app, added my favorite to cart and scanned my finger!

I was a minute behind you and did it the same way. why am i in this ****ing position. I am so aggravated. Does this mean I won't get it Friday? or will they continue to update through out the night?

Cool, thanks. I think I was closer to 3:15 EST because the site was dead. I have a shipment of May 15-28th. Should have just used my iPad!

I used my iPhone @ 3:02am EST and still got a May 13-24th ship date. Makes no sense.

My watch order from about 2:10PDT on 4/10 is preparing shipment (Stainless Steel with classic buckle).

Interesting, given you placed your order a full two hours after pre-sales began.

I placed mine at 4:05EDT (1:05PDT) and got a delivery range of May 13 - May 27.

What was the original delivery time noted on your order?

I wouldn't be worried. Things are probably getting scanned at a depot or something. Still could be more arriving at hubs over next couple of days.

And the above is all speculation as I know nothing about how this all works! :)

My 42mm Sport Silver Aluminum with White Band just updated to preparing for shipment! And my debit card was charged too! Here we go! :)

I'm still pissed off. I waited 'til 3am, had my finger on the button for a second after the store went back up and...

"It's time to change your password"

... The. Worst. Possible. Time. to be prompted to change my password. 3 minutes later, I could only get my black stainless steel with link bracelet in June. I cancelled my order and am getting a black Sport instead. No way am I going to wait til June when the Apple Watch I really want (v 2.0) is probably going to be out in under a year after that.

My wife's is preparing, not mine.

I ordered a 42mm space gray for myself first and then I ordered my wife the 38mm aluminum and hers is preparing while mine is still pending. I have the 4-6 weeks on the space gray though, so no real high hopes for getting it early.

4/24-5/8. The 38mm stainless steel watches except for the link band were the last to sell out, and still show 4-6 week shipping times. My guess is Apple was expecting the mix either to be more stainless steel vs. sport, or more 38mm vs. 42mm, and perhaps had more 38mm stainless steel watches made comparative to demand vs. the other designs.

I tried to get that one at 12:01, it was delayed from the start

C'mon guys... you realize that they are processing millions of transactions right now right? They could be processing a queue based on internal regional codes, the last digit of a credit card, by FedEx tracking number, or even by plane depending on where the shipment is going. They likely have multiple planes flying to the various Fedex locations throughout the world, and processing them in that order.

I think that their logistics and distribution system/coupled with the online shopping system is a little more sophisticated than "whose first in the queue, or by model".

I have confirmation at 3:03AM for purchase of Space Grey Sport and 4/24 delivery range. Still hasn't been updated and card hasn't been charged. I'm in NC, wonder if it's regional based on where shipments have arrived already?

What prompted you to change your password? I don't think I've ever gotten that prompt from Apple. If there is an auto-reminder, I'll have to remember before the next iPhone launch to change it beforehand. In any case, the black stainless steel started with a 4-6 week shipping time, so you wouldn't have gotten it this quickly, anyway.

I think I would have either flip the desk over or just cried.

But how can you be correct if some of us who bought two have one shipping and one processing? That means you can't be right and I'm doomed to be in Florida by the time my watch arrives. (I leave for vacation on Saturday).

Just out of curiosity...

Just out of curiosity, how many people in this forum and actually bought "couple" watches?

Because I did. LOL just wondering who else did

SS 42mm

I ordered one with the SS 42mm (Black sport band) with the confirmation email at 12:06AM.
Mine's still processing. Anyone's SS 42mm (Black sport band) changed to Preparing for Shipment status yet?

3:04 am purchase Delivery 4/24-5/8 42mm White Sport

I've been checking for days now to see if any activity was happening, finally saw that they were getting peoples orders through. was so excited to check my order and it would have said shipping until I realized that I never contacted my bank about apple pay which I set up and used for the watch...... I had to switch to physical debit card number.... now it says processing again.... i wonder if I just got pushed back to the end of the line or what have you???

I'm kind of thinking that they are spreading the watches out, if you ordered two, you'll get one on the 24th, then the second before the 8th... that's my worry and fear, lord I hope I'm wrong.

Still nothing for me, 42mm AWS SG Black Band, 12:02 PT confirmation.

Is it possible it's regional?
Maybe certain distro/drop ship centers have them in place on the west coast?

I'm on the East Coast, the furthest from China...

Just a thought.
Where is everyone else in the US at?

Looks like Space Grey 42 is getting the least updates

Anyone in the U.S. Order this model and get an update?

I hope to get mine before Apple announces the Apple Watch 2. I want to be able to use it for at least a couple months before it becomes obsolete.

Ordered 24mm Sport in Space Gray. Confirmation email received 12:14am on 4/10.

Available to ship: 4 - 6 weeks
Delivers: May 13 - May 27 by Standard Shipping

My fiances Apple Watch SS with white sport band shipped however my Apple Watch SS with BLACK sport band has not. Mine was also first ordered before hers. Discrimination at its finest.... All jokes aside, I can't stop refreshing the Order Status page :(
