Here's hoping they reserved some watches for those countrys and they won't start with "june" delivery dates.

With best-case-scenario earliest delivery of wave 1 product shipping 2 weeks after preordering began...

And the latest current wave 1 pre-order ship dates holding steady at "June"...

And if wave 2 earliest delivery will also fall 2 weeks after preordering begins...

And the cluster that would be wave 2 preorders shipping ahead of the wave 1 preorders...

That would all seem to suggest current wave 1 ship dates of June will actually ship more like May 25ish - when earliest wave 2 shipments would start arriving.

Maybe?

Like mine, for example; SS Apple Watch with black sports band....ordered 4/10 at 3:27AM EST....

I'm both for and against this. While I'm not opposed to any country getting their watch the same time as me, I am opposed to Apple not fulfilling its commitment until June while at the same time allowing people elsewhere to cut the line.

If Apple doesn't have the stock and wants these countries to order it, they don't have to cut the line. They can be in on the orders before things ease. Oh, and they also would have another advantage. While I'd have to roll out of bed at 3, they'd be able to order it first thing from work. That's annoying too.

I'm not saying give America priority at all. I'm saying fulfill your commitments before you make more.

Given the mess that wave one is I am glad to here this rumor is dispelled. Starting wave 2 before wave one is under control would have been crazy (like those eybrows - ).

The constant delays and production problems seem like a never ending problem with no obvious solution. Maybe they should move from a 1 year to a 2 year upgrade cycle to allow more time for a country by country roll out.

New Zealand doesn't have any Apple stores and is part of the second wave.
