Tbh I never notice the bezels on my s9 and even have it in aluminium. See also: my iPhone.

The trick is not to use any of the faces with a saturated filled in background.

Tbh I’d prefer apple to do a round watch as the dream of making the watch a mini iPhone with apps on your wrist is gone.

People want the time, complications, notifications, workout & health tracking and Siri (if it worked properly).

So let’s have beautiful Swiss watch industry inspired faces on a round screen please.
Honestly the Samsung 8 is what I would have envisioned for a round face Apple. Sleek, machined aluminum and/or SS with a titanium option while still maintaining an Apple-esque machined body. I've seen the Samsung 8 and it is a head turner.

I was pretty keen on the Ultra 3 but now I’m thinking perhaps Ultra 4 is worth the wait and perhaps do a battery replacement on my Ultra 1 once it hits 80%.

Another difference is Samsung listens to their customers and give them what they want. Apple will never do that and that business model of theirs is not working anymore. People are bored and tired of being fed breadcrumbs.

Yep. That’s why Apple sales are in the toilet and you never see anyone wearing an Apple Watch. Stock price has plummeted, mass layoffs, company on the verge of bankruptcy.

Tragic.

Sigh. It’s always next year. I’m sick and tired of these kinds of clickbait articles that get recycled ad nauseam.
Careful, I’ve had my account restricted in the past for comments like this that criticize the editorial approach.

I'm gonna get my first one soon; either the alleged SE3, or the Series 10 if it goes on discount once 11 shows.

Personally glad I haven’t felt like I’ve needed to upgrade my S8. Also good for more time to go by between first purchase and upgrade time. I was originally unsure if the watch is tech or jewelry. After some years, I’d say definitely tech given how Apple trashed the OS and the battery degradation.

This is very welcome but I'd also very much welcome thinner bezels. I love my Series 10, but I was disappointed at how big the bezels were when it was unveiled.

We all have unique desires but Anti-bezel desires are always so interesting to me. How much bezel is enough? How little is enough? How about zero bezels? Frameless, all glass Apple Watch? Zero protection. How about cars with no fenders and no doors. All glass iPhones with no edges so it’s impossible to add a case. Pictures on the wall with no decorative frame, as it could be argued, the frame offers no functional value. Why do we ever bother with crown moulding in a nicely designed living room? As bezels on a watch or Phone add functional structural integrity and provide something for the glass to be attached to, how can “less bezels next year” be so desired each year?

Fun fact, while the AW 10's bezels do look bigger, with the frame bezels included, the AW10 has 3% smaller bezels.

I'd like to know how. Remember all those rumors of a flat-faced Apple Watch Series 7 way back in 2021 that all the leakers got TOTALLY wrong? Gawd, I hope we don't go through those shenanigans again.
