Correct. Apple Works with UPS to change the delivery date in the system, and UPS/FedEx also will work to ensure that they are delivered on that date. Very, very rarely does UPS or FedEx deliver a package early anyways, but in this case they have contractual obligations to deploy them on the dates Apple set. If you look at the first page when you click on your package from MyChoice, you might see it says “(Updated)” next to the delivery date - that’s because they changed it from what the system originally generated which would have been an earlier date.
You got it. They will keep them at WorldPort in Louisville until the night before launch. If it’s anything like previous launches, we will see a random “in transit” scan when they scan them out of the holding area, then a “departure” scan when they catch the flight to your local sort hub.
