Thanks, I've done that already but can't seem to find a flight that matches up with the time. The closest flight is at 3:15 PM heading to Washington but I'm in Ohio so I have no idea why it would be going there.

I know the airport it's supposed to be going to but the scheduled departure isn't until 5 AM Friday morning, so I'm wondering why it left already.

The timestamp on the UPS site saying when it left is usually not when the plane takes-off. It's when it was scanned on the way to being loaded onto a pallet before being loaded onto the plane. The flight may not leave for a hour or more after that.

Right but there are still no scheduled flights into Ohio until 5 AM Friday morning, which puts a more than 12 hour window between its departure scan to actually flying to my local airport. Maybe a glitch in the system.

I'm thinking flight# UPS918 or UPS916.

My links above show flights into Ontario, since this is where most of the packages go when destined for The O.C. If you are not located here, then the packages could be on other flights (e.g. to Burbank or LAX).

In the past, many of my packages landed in Ontario just long enough to be loaded onto the trucks to continue on their journey. However, with the increased volume of phones and watches for tomorrow, they could be getting here on an earlier flight.

Just noticed that my Apple Order details page now says...

Status Shipment In Transit
Shipment In Transit - Delayed
Est. Delivery September 22, 2017

UPS Tracking shows it getting closer and closer...

Windsor Locks, CT, United States 09/21/2017 5:22 P.M. Arrival Scan
Louisville, KY, United States 09/21/2017 3:24 P.M. Departure Scan
09/21/2017 9:18 A.M. Import Scan
Louisville, KY, United States 09/20/2017 8:46 A.M. Arrival Scan

Anything to worry about? Does anyone else see that Shipment In Transit - Delayed status on their order page?

Thanks for sharing all the information on this thread. Anticipation levels through the roof on this end!

Southern California folks (specifically, The O.C.), my watch just changed status as "Departure Scan" from Louisville at 6:45 PM (Eastern time).

Now I'm thinking it could make it on the next flight out, which is UPS916, leaving at 2:40 AM (Eastern) and landing in Ontario (California) at 3:43 AM (Pacific time).

Yes, I've already changed to pickup via UPS.com. I'm curious when to go up to UPS. When the tracking says it's arrive at HUB?

Usually it will say "Available for Pickup"

Will watches for Apple store pickup tomorrow show shipping etc? Mine says processing order still.

No. It will say "Ready for Pickup" tomorrow.

Mine is showing a 4:50PM departure scan from Louisville, Kentucky, headed to (presumably) somewhere in Ontario Canada as Im just outside of Toronto. Apple is telling me Sept 25 delivery, but UPS is saying Sept 22nd... I am refreshing this damned page every half an hour! :apple:;)

I'm also in Ohio. They typically use ground from Louisville since it's just over the border. They will sometimes use air if it's at like 5am and has to get there quickly but they usually use ground if there's plenty of time (which there is).

Watch is in Memphis! One more day! :D
Now I just have to hope that they don't try to deliver it during the couple hours I have to actually go into the office...

I saw the delayed part this morning. Just checked it again and it was removed. My package is also here in town already waiting to be delivered tomorrow.
