Apple Watch Series 4 Reduced Battery Life after Update to 7.0

After updating my Series 4 watch to WatchOS 7.0 my battery runs out before the end of the day. Before the update I could go a day and a half without charging.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah, I have the same issue. I updated to WatchOS 7 on the 17th, yesterday the battery seemed fine bit I didn’t actually check it out. Today it was fully charged at 05:43 and now it’s at 8% at 20:51. Usually the watch is around 50% to 60% by the end of the day.
