It used to speed up the refresh. Does the date on the Store app match the date on the website page? On the app, my order still says 6-8th October. The website says the 2nd so they are out of sync at the moment.

Still the same here, feels like it will never change from processing order. 🥺🤦‍♂️😂

YESSS!!
It’s been a ride.
See you all at iphone 12 release.
For reference: I ordered on the 15th right after event. 18th dhl got shipping information, this went on till the 26th and today it was delivered.
Good luck to the rest!

I have the same out of sync issue!
I ordered my Nike S6 GPS + Cellular on 17 September. Initially, the delivery was supposed to happen between 7th-12th October, but then a few days ago I got a mail from the Apple Store informing that the package had shipped. On the Apple website, the delivery changed to 28 September (that would be today!). The TNT tracking page also indicates a delivery on 28 September. But the tracking details haven't moved in the last 3 days - it still says "Customs has released the goods" and "In transit" (after moving quite quickly from Jiaxing-Jiashan to Hangzhou then on to Pudong Airport).

Strangely enough, on the app, my order still says delivery 7th-12th October. The website says 28th September, so they are out of sync (and have been so for a few days now). Any ideas on which one of site or app, tends to be the more reliable?

Well I would be more reliant on the website page rather than the app as DHL have had a shipping notice since last thursday. Going by the Apple store app, that would be 12 to 14 days before delivery. The 2nd Oct on the web page is more realistic as that is just 8 days from China to the UK

In my experience so far the website has been more up-to-date. My app still says 24-28 September delivery whilst the site updated to the 28th after I got my DHL notification. And just now my order is on-hold. The app still shows 24-28th, but the website has now removed the 28th date to a "Delivery soon" status. So for me the website does seem to update more often than the app.

Ordered Sep 15, my SS Alu 44mm with sportsband is finally at "preparing for shipment". Delivery still wednesday.

As some people here also said, apparently this config was either popular in demand or they had less stock than usual.

I'm trading my old Watch. Let's see how that goes.

Oh no, the TNT tracking page just updated: "Shipment delayed in transit. Recovery actions underway". I don't think I'll get it today ...

This is giving me a lot of hope. You're the 2nd person today who's updated to Preparing to Ship with a Weds delivery. I'm a Friday delivery and SS Gold still processing so hopefully like you say, maybe they've finally got stock ready to go

Mine is thursday delivery so I hope this means that it will finally switch to preparing for me too

Mine jumped from the 27th October after two days to to the 6th and then the 2nd so your watch might move soon

I hope so. 11 days and counting since placing the order. I'm based in the US and saw some posts about watches shipping from domestic origins so it's likely their warehouses are getting stock which would speed things up.

However I wonder if my config is a popular one which is causing the longer delay (blue aluminum 44mm cellular with charcoal sport loop).

Blue aluminium does seem like a popular colour

Any movement on your end? It’s been limbo since clearing customs. Hoping for that flight west in the next 24hrs to have a chance for Monday delivery.

Moved from L'ville on Sunday, through my regional hub (ATL) to my local hub overnight, and now Out for Delivery.

That will come forward again by 4 or 5 days in my experiences

App and website seem to be out of sync. I posted the same question an hour or so ago, and apparently the website should be the more reliable one, but this is all just gut feelings, imho :)

Anyone with a similar delay message? How long does it usually take to resolve, in your experience?

Always trust The Internet. Remember - if it's on The Internet it must be true. :p

Seriously though - what you do you mean by "on internet"?

I find the shipping company's estimates typically are more up-to-date / accurate than Apple's. My 9/21 with an original Oct 1-5 estimate was showing Oct 2 at Apple while UPS claimed 9/28. Apples now caught up and both say Out for Delivery.
I mean the apple’s website i’m in the Eindhoven gang still waiting to be processed
