Yeah, I really hope there’s a departure scan soon. If it’s not on this flight then I have no idea what the holdup is.You have the same scans as me. What we need to see is a departure scan out of Shanghai at 0717. Let’s hope that UPS is a little slow with updating their scans, otherwise our watches are not on UPS 81.

It’s funny, I’ve been tracking Apple shipments from China for probably twenty years now—ever since they implemented their build-to-order system around the turn of the century—and for some reason my mind goes completely blank every year. 😅Since it’s been in Shanghai for while, don’t be surprised if there’s no departure scan. I’ve had Apple orders from China with several local scans and then show up with arrival/departure scans in Korea, Anchorage or eventually Louisville.

Same for my state. Apple is the one that decided to close all the stores, even though the infection rate really hasn’t been a big problem for the non high risk.
Hopefully, next year we will all be here and healthy and able to go to our local Apple Store when we want / need to.Our store in Monterey, Ca is closed, so I’m locked in on my delivery.
Pictures of the blue watch with red braid look really good. I may have to overindulge and get another watch.I have those dates on 2 watches: 44 LTE Blue Aluminum with blue sport band, & 44 LTE Red Aluminum with red sport band. I have a pending charge on my card today for one of them but both are still at Processing so I don't know yet which it is. 3 others of my family ordered red watches & 1 got hers Friday, & the other 2 have shipped so I'm guessing it's the red watch that was charged.
You should be all set. Monday will be an exciting day. Don’t forget about bad battery life day one of WatchOS 7. LolUPS still says “date tentative” but for the date header in the app says Monday the 21st! Here’s to hoping!

I used the betas as well and don’t want to risk bringing over any software bug / residual crude to my new overpriced but loved Apple products.Every new device is set up as new, it’s my “purge day” after using betas all summer I wouldn’t want to bring anything that may have been backed up. I used the watch beta all summer on my series 5 so battery life comes second to me lol

Damm thanks for letting me know!!I hope this isn’t the case, but my initial order for a watch looked just like this. The reason was that the “watch studio” let me order my watch with an “Anchor Grey” sport loop. “Anchor Grey” is last years model. This years model is called ”Charcoal”.
Because the “Anchor Grey” is not available, I got a text and email that said there was a problem with my order. I called Apple, and my order was marked invalid and was told that I had to submit a new order because my other order included a discontinued item. The new order had a delivery date of Mid to Late October.
The Apple person said they were going to have a manager call me back (currently the queue is 5 days) and see what they could do about moving me back to my place in line instead of putting me at the end.
Fortunately, I was able to secure a watch today from my local Apple store (I’m picking it up in a couple hours)., so I will be cancelling the October order after I receive my new watch.
I would suggest calling Apple and seeing if they can confirm the watch band and maybe correct it before your order gets cancelled. I’m not sure their system can do this, though. My only option was to cancel my existing order and place a new one.
