Are apple salaries actually low relative to other companies? That surprises me. How do they attract top talent? Or maybe they don’t?

It's been reported a number of times over the years. I think part of it is from Apple arrogance that they want people who want to work at Apple over just money. And of course at the highest levels, I'm sure Apple salaries are eye-watering like everywhere else.

ITC doesn't deal with trade secrets but with patent infringement. The case before ITC didn't involve Apple's patents at all. ITC found Apple infringed on 5 claims spread across two patents.

My post reply was to someone asking for evidence that “Apple intended to reproduce IP by hiring Masimo employees”. Nothing to do with ITC or trade secrets . Maybe you should read the post thread more carefully.
