Hello

Thanks so much, in fact it's supposed that the case was escalated to Apple's engineers, but the answered was the same. I used to clean my watch once a month, suddenly it appears that screen damage. I went to an Applestore in Mexico City and they believed that I had hitted the screen.

Best regards

How often or little did you expose the Watch to water? Did you completely submerge the Watch or only get it wet on the display?

Also, I'm not saying this anything to do with it, but that watch looks like it took some abuse overtime.

This just happened to me. Got a replacement 3 days ago for a dying battery and after 72 hours of use I rinsed my watch under the sink after a workout and the screen immediately became unresponsive. Apple immediately said they would send me a new one. Then just now. About 8 hours later. The black dot has formed. I'm worried they are going to try to charge me the $69 from my AC+. But the fact that it happened within 3 days should prove that it's a manufacturing defect.

Edit: Just called Apple, sent them a photo, they verified it is a gluing issue and is covered.
