Nope sorry.
For previous product launches, there has been instances where fedex/ups was specifically told not to deliver until launch date. So you won't get it before 4/24.

Ya there have also been occasions where Fedex/UPS was told this and didn't listen as people received a day or two early. So it is possible.

No disrespect to you, but you sound like an impatient child asking "are we there yet?" You already know we will likely be receiving our watches on the 24th, what's the point of pestering the Apple customer care reps with unnecessary questions wasting their time, your time, and the time of someone who may have a real problem on their hands that needs immediate attention.

Do I think there's a possibility we might see watches arrive tomorrow or Thursday? Yes. Why? Well, for starters, this launch is nothing like an iPhone launch and due to supply issues there is no actual "launch event." We have also seen celebrities already sporting theirs in the wild. Most importantly is the scheduled workshops at stores on Friday 4/24. Some (such as The Grove in LA) are scheduled as early as 11am. Unless they're confident enough people will rush over to the store immediate following delivery, I think it's a good sign we will see deliveries prior to Friday for some.

Nonononono stop STOP! If you manage to convince me that there's a possibility that some may get watches early, then I'll be sitting on my front porch waiting for UPS/FedEx all day today, tomorrow, and Thursday as opposed to just Friday!

Uhm...

Nothing says the launch date has been changed.

...and notice the 24 on the watch face.

Yeah, but you can't buy it in the store, so it's not defined as a launchday anymore. The watchface is just a hint for us who preordered online.

Client:
It's 80 degrees out, is there any chance it could snow?

Apple:
It is possible

Client:
Oh really?

Apple:
Yes, if it starts to snow you'll know it

Client:
Wow awesome! Thanks!!

Oh my god that's exactly how I felt when I was reading that conversation. Same concept lol. Thanks for making my day . i laughed my ass off just now .

Since they removed the 24th as launchday, it's quite possible that we will see a lot of early shipments.

Pretty sure they did this for the opposite reason. If anything some people aren't going to receive on Friday in the first wave which is the reason for the 2 week shipping range.

Yes, it is possible that a couple slip through but that isn't how it is done. I know for the iPhone 6, tons of people reported that their local depots got it on Wednesday but they held it until Friday.

The 24th is the launch date regardless of in or out of store.

Please, by all means, wait on your doorstep on Thursday.

I promise your watch won't arrive that day. Like all other launch products, carriers are restricted from delivering until the earliest promised release date.

I don't think so. They removed the launchday, so there could be more stock available for us! I think the range was introduced, because they didn't know if there was going to be a launchday or not on the 10th.

UPS delivered my iPhone 4 two days before launch. Now every time I'm hopeful it happens again.

I think you should know by now, that this launch is totally different than any other before. So there's a really good probability of earlier shipments. I'm not holding my breath though.

I wouldn't. However, wishing all luck.

Pretty wishful thinking. I wouldn't get your hopes up but of course would like to see everyone receive their watch ASAP.

I don't know where you got that notion. The launch day is still the 24th and that hasn't changed despite the change in what it says on the web site. The reason why they changed that is because the supply issues, the fact there not likely to be any available in store on that day and that it's exclusively preorders online right now with a delivery window rather then a specific delivery day.

I've read several reports that AppleWatch deliveries may very well happen before Friday. With Apple removing the April 24th date on the website, anything is possible. I don't think they will be so particular about the delivery date as they have been with previous product launches given all the changes that occurred with the launch of this product and the fact that it won't be available in the store anytime soon. I think early delivery to some might generate some goodwill in fact for Apple.

You are right. There was an article about them removing the 24th since so few people would have it on the 24th...not b.c it could be earlier.

In US you can't even chat with apple online. The website ask the registered products etc.

Apples not stupid, knowing their customers well they realize the level of OCD is extreme. They'd have to have a massive number of chat agents just to deal with those so devoted to their Apple gadgets they put their life on hold during the days leading up to the arrival of their order... :)

Thank You! Someone with sense.

...and the 24th is still the earliest day anyone is expected to receive their watch and carriers will be doing their best to enforce that under instruction from Apple, as has ALWAYS been the case.

This launch is no different.

However, if you get your watch a day early, you are among the blessed.
