If you're keeping track of what and when someone is eating/drinking, Apple can make active suggestions for postprandial glycemic management. There's a small window where you can lower peak sugar after eating without a hormone (insulin) response. Searching or asking AIs about postprandial exercise science will show the new research on this topic. Many YouTubers have excellent presentations on this topic.
You don't need any device to tell you what to do metabolically, but it could certainly be helpful.
Please. The current fitness circles are not 100% accurate. OTOH, many users have reported dramatic results from regularly completing the fitness circles.Are they able to do this accurately? If so, it could be useful. If not 100% accurate, then it is not useful. Just like the Sleep function, one night I woke up multiple times and had problems in falling asleep. On the next day, my Watch 11 reported that I got a very high excellent sleep score! Seeing that and also the announcement from Apple killing many watches, I immediately returned the watch.
Postprandial exercise is effective. It can have a dramatic impact on your body composition and overall health. If Apple has found a way to monitor and effectively suggest movement during that postprandial window, power to them. My point: we don't need to buy anything from Apple to benefit from their studies on this quite new exercise technique. This is a very young area of study: most of the papers have been written in the past 5 years.
If you're searching for 100% for anything about our bodies and health, you're going to be frustrated for a long time. Nothing is 100%
BTW: keep working on the sleep thing. There is a bunch of new research on circadian cycles and specific recommendations about it. There are things that can be monitored with a wearable device -- see the MiEye. I'm fondly hoping that Apple moves in this direction in the future; we are rather ignorant about the complex dynamics of lighting and circadian cycles. The photobiomodulation database has now grown to over 10,000 science papers, and most of us know absolutely nothing about what's been found in that vast body of science on red- and near-infrared (NIR) radiation. If you want to get a high-level view, this query to the AIs is a good place to start.
You won't find "100% accurate" -- 100% effective -- results about physiology and metabolism anywhere. Seriously question anyone who ever told you to search for 100% effective results in your health habits.
