I wouldn't be surprised if its the same with iOS 9. I have the public beta 9.1 and there is still a glitch with the siri suggestion page layout.

Really lame Apple. I hope this and any other bug is squished before its released otherwise it'll be really embarassing.

Whats lame? They found a bug and they're going to fix it! That's how it's done.

Embarrassing would be to release a software with bugs and fix those months later.

I really give them thumbs up for actually fixing a problem instead of shipping garbage like many other software companies nowadays. Especially the gaming industry ships half-baked crap and make you even pay for it.

I wonder what the bug is, I've been running the GM for a week now and have seen nothing but improvements over v1.0.1.

Why is it lame? There's no reason the update has to happen today. It sounds like something serious enough to delay the update but not something that's going to take weeks to fix.

Well, better having a working OS, rather a broken one. Curious what the bug is, GM seed showed promise. 2.0.1? As long as we are avoiding the iOS breaking update from last year, this is good!

It could be unrelated, but there's a bug which means watchOS 2 apps will very frequently crash the first time you launch it, but will work every time after that. As a developer, App Review weren't aware of this and rejected all of my watchOS 2 apps yesterday because they opened all of my apps and they all crashed on the first launch. After discussing it with them they seem to be understanding, they could have pushed it up the line. I've read about other developers having problems with this too.

Ah well, I like that they are holding it back due to a recently discovered bug.
Why push it out before it is ready?
Chances are it is the battery-draining thing that so many have experienced on the GM?
It happened on my wifes sport, but not on mine.
An unpair and re-pairing solved it for her, as it did for many others though.
But imagine all the calls and genius bar work this would have created if released to the general public...

Well that's a bummer. That's OK, still excited for iOS 9. Hopefully we can get WatchOS 2 in a few days. I'm really excited for El Cap as well.

Well, at least now I'll remember to pack my charger. Just found out that you have to have your AW plugged in to upgrade it—even if the battery is fully charged. I was really looking forward to this today. Probably even more than iOS 9 because I've been playing with the beta on my iPad Air 2 all summer.

Whether it was released or not, yeah, you're staying up until 3:00AM for nothing. Do you have a job?

Lol, I was staying up to install Watch OS 2 (I live in Australia ). I have a job but I also have a Uni assignment due on Monday and it's all just stressing me out to no end.

I should go to bed, its nearly 1:30am but I knocked back a V so I'm kind of staying up whether I want to or not now.

Where abouts are you located?
