Diversity of Home Screen for diversity’s sake?

We got Liquid Glass change for change sake.

Come on Apple, do you really need the extra complexity?

Maybe at last, Apple's Home appartus will be allowed to show a device's MAC address and/or IP. Because without that, it's impossible to determine which device is which, given that most IPS admin pages or apps don't update the status of devices when they connect/disconect. So even if they reveal the MAC & IP, they don't know where they are, and don't link to Apple Home software.

Shut down device lines and focus on what you do best, which is NOT Apple Vision, NOT gaming, and NOT home appliances.

I just used my imagination and realized the laptop I'm using now, my iPhone nearby, and the watch I often wear can provide 100% of the functionality of this home hub. You tried this hand-waving before and now I'm even less convinced this hub device is practical.

Because it’s all about what you need.

None of this will matter, at all, unless Apple gets (buys or creates) an actual functional usable voice UI).
