Of course the fact that spam didn't work on .Mac was just an echo of the fact that nothing else did either...Funny, I got less spam with iTools and .Mac than with iCould. Nice system, Tim.

I dunno... when I start getting recurring invitations to spam events, I start to realize it's not so much that the Saudi's have the wrong answers, they're just not applying them to the right people...Spoken like a true Saudi Arabian.
I can forward you the invite if you'd like...that is quite a deal on raybans!
Oh give it a restSteve would have never allowed this
Sorry...it was sarcasm, but even if that needs to be given a rest, fair enough
My Gmail account marked a super important email from my professor as spam, so it went into the spam box that I didn't check for a month. I got really screwed over and then disabled the spam filter. It's useless if I have to check my junk box anyway. My spam gmail account on the other hand catches everything. This is used to sign up for shady web sites. Even has a weird username like g7faker@
Don't do it, man. There is a way to remove an invitation spam without notifying the spammer. Here you go.Is this issue exclusive to Sierra? It only started happening when I "upgraded".
I'm reverting to El Capitan anyway (Sierra made my Sync software obsolete), and would like to know if this'll continue on that OS version.
No, Sudo1996, you are wrong. That is not the DDoS' fault.Time to use those data centers for what they were meant for. DDoS attack the advertisers!!!!!!
As in typical pretty much any company out there practicality ever?A typical Apple:
Ignore the problem, while its small and harmless.
This happens to users who don't even have Macs. It's just spam targeted at iCloud accounts in this case.Is this issue exclusive to Sierra? It only started happening when I "upgraded".

So Apple are incompetent then?Doesn't seem like this really became an issue until fairly recently.
Good news. The calendar spam is quickly expanding and affecting others across the board.

.."Is quickly expanding and affecting others "across the board"... ????
Really? Are you keeping a running tally?
Incredible the wild SPECULATION that goes on here where posters suddenly think of themselves as "reporters".
While I can't offer anything "scientific" --either can this poster.. but NOBODY I know in my circle have been "devastated" by this "quickly expanding" "across the board"...spam issue
Seriously People - HACKING is clearly part of OUR life - whether your a DROID or APPLE user.
