I saw the same thing on mine but I haven't called yet. That can't be correct.

Learn More About Updating Apple Records

If your coverage expiration date is incorrect

If the estimated expiration date of your Telephone Technical Support, Limited Warranty, or AppleCare agreement for your serial number is incorrect, please contact us. You will need to send your proof-of-purchase to Apple so that we can update your purchase date. A sales receipt with the receipt number, product description, original date of purchase, price, and reseller details constitutes a valid proof of purchase. Certain other forms of proof of purchase may be acceptable as well.

Update your purchase date by FAX

if you have the same thing as mine, i think it is normal..

you should also try calling them...

I didn't even notice that, because the bottom paragraph says 2 years service. I'm sure it's just a glitch. I'm not too worried as Apple does have a record of my having purchased AppleCare+.

Edit: Try checking it through this link. Mine shows the correct 2013 expiration date. You can print out your proof of coverage, too.

Is yours showing Limits apply?

In which section/document? The Plan description has they typical legal limitation, but didn't see any thing like a special exception or limitation.

I saw the same thing on my page, and emailed them the info that they asked for (screen shot of my receipt from the Apple online store). They emailed me back saying they needed my registration number, which should be in the Applecare+ box. Problem: I didn't get a box.

So I emailed them back. They apologized and said they're running behind with Applecare+ updates showing on the website. The rep told me that they hoped to have everything updated within a week or so. This was just 2 days ago. So I'd give it about a week, then check again. If you still don't see it at that point, give them a call and ask what's going on.

Thanks man

I just checked and I have this same issue.

I submitted a correction request via the link on the page. It allows you upload your receipt instead of faxing it.

how much is applecare and what all does it cover?

"AppleCare+"

You can only buy it at the time of phone purchase.
