Hi All -
My wife's iPhone 6 had a terrible battery and after a trip to the Apple Store they decided to replace it for free since she had purchased Apple Care.
He erased the old phone and popped in the old SIM card to the new replacement phone. He had issues connecting it to T-Moble's network, but after many tries he got it to work. (I'm thinking whatever he did here caused the issue).
Now, my wife is having issues connecting to the network. On WiFi it works great, but when she leaves the house it never connects to T-Mobile. She restarts her phone and then it connects to T-Mobile's network.
I normally don't blame Apple, but her phone was working perfect before this change (network wise) so I'm trying to figure out how to fix this.
Any ideas?
