AppleCare+ worth the $149?

Apple leather case and 9H-glass covering the complete front is my personal insurance for the 8+.
Thus I can sell it as „new“ whenever I want to.
Never used Apple Care and never will.
 
Just something to suggest for those who haven’t gotten heir iPhones yet. Look into Costco, Apple care for the iPhone 8 in canada is $200

But through Costco it ends up being $129 after discounts and cash cards. So I’m sure it’s even cheaper in the states
