Apple's 30 day exchange policy

I know many people who were able to exchnage their 16GB for 32GB iPhones, no hassle, so I wouldn't be so certain.

When I bought my 3G and 3GS, I asked the Apple employee "What if I want the other color instead", both times I got the same answer, "You have 30 days to return if your not 100% satisfied with your iPhone."

I never did exchange it, I always kept what I got, but thats the answer I would get though.

I haven't pre-ordered it yet. But I'm planning on walking in the store early on Thursday. I'm moving over seas beginning of September and I will eventually terminate my contract but I wanted to get the iPhone 4 first. I mean, I get it, i must be a horrible person for doing this but if the white iPhone is not released before September I won't be able to upgrade.

So I'd rather get stuck with the black, and after I move and when they release the white iPhones there I may get it. and sell the black one on eBay. I guess that's what I'm gonna do.
