You’re missing the point. I absolutely can hear it (and if you think I can’t then you’re just jealous) because being around live instruments conditions the ears to hear the super-high frequency information that digital media either can’t capture (compressed) or can only partially reproduce (CD-quality). The only ones that suffer hearing loss are the ones that don’t take the necessary steps to protect their ears.

Apple Music is either 256k AAC or Apple Lossless. And yes, I can hear the difference over wired headphones.
