It's a good location. Better than the current spot on Michigan Avenue.
Is it? Because I am thinking climate change + electronics + very near water = disaster waiting to happen. Only a matter of time before this store gets flooded out. I would have at least made a second story with the first serving as basically an entrance lobby and not much more.

Things near water need to be on higher ground now.

From a congestion standpoint? Much better location.

What's this new fascination for carbon fiber roofs all about? Does it prevent having to use internal support beams or something to save on floor space? Must cost a fortune to make or repair.

I think this will be a better location too. I don't know how many times I've almost been run over on Michigan Ave. trying to get to the current store. It's too crowded right there on Michigan Ave.
