Bummer, this is like last year... only the MacBooks and Imacs are on sale with up to $101 off (cannot combine with edu discount according to him). iPod Touch and iPhone are NOT on sale. Only the Nanos and Classics - minimal too - up to 10% off. He also said the Airport Extreme BS and Express are both on sale too... Just call that number and dial extension 5 so you get a live person right away... and you can ask him for more prices on sale.

It better be more than stuff than that.

All reports from the NYC store are pretty disappointing so far. You can get a better price with an education discount which isn't too hard to find a friend that's eligible if you aren't already.

I was also hoping for a big one-day rush sale on iPhones. Oh well...I'll probably end up buying the phone anyway
