No gift card for a Studio Display? That's too bad... I was waiting for that to pull the trigger.
Should I buy the Samsung instead? By Black Friday it'll be close to free.

I was also hoping for a good deal on the Studio Display...

The Samsung has adjustable stand included but also matte display and much worse speakers. I'm still thinking about it but I'd rather have a non-matte display... will depend on how good the deal on the Samsung will be.

Anyone know if I can get an iPhone 15 Pro Max unlocked without a contract at any type of discount besides eBay? I know it’s a new item I’m just asking.

Yeah, the Samsung doesn't get 'great' reviews. But the complaints tend to be about speakers, webcam, and other stuff not having to do with the display. I use mine with a modern MBP, so I get all of that stuff on my Mac. So I guess it depends on how you use it!
Worth waiting for the price tho - discounted even before Black Friday so they must have a lot of inventory to clear!

Great timing as I’m planning on getting my wife the AW S9, so I’ll hold off until 11/24 to order to score a gift card.

I remember the days when Apple couldn’t make their products fast enough at full price around the holidays. $30B in R&D last year and they’ve created nothing that I want. Still rocking an iPhone 11, 2016 MBP, and 2018 iPad Pro.

But the money I saved by not upgrading my Apple gear regularly and cutting useless services like Apple TV and Arcade will go toward a Sony or Samsung OLED this year and Cybertruck next year so I’ll still have my toys. :)

An FYI, Target will be having a sale on Apple gift cards starting 11/23/2023 to 11/25/2023.

Buy a $100 Apple e-Gift Card, get a $15 Target e-Gift Card. Pay with a Discover card and get an additional 5% off. That's 20% off.

Then use the Apple Gift Cards to buy something from this sale. I'm not sure what the limit is. But you've been able to buy at least (5) $100 Apple gift cards in the past during past Target sales.

Can you buy more than one? Last year I couldn't figure out how to buy more than one.

Buy discounted Apple Store cards. Should be a few more options next week.

Don’t they have a system in place to prevent you from doing this? Like a limit on the amount you can redeem to your Apple ID in a period of time? I read something about that.
