As discussed earlier in this thread, Apple doesn't generally support direct links to these drivers because their driver packages are all very machine specific; even if I had a direct link to one of the 6.1.19 packages, it still might not work with your specific Mac. The accepted practice for obtaining the most recent package for your Mac is:
Boot into macOS,
use the Bootcamp utility to download the Windows support software,
copy it to someplace that you can get to from Windows, (such as a USB stick)
Thanks @zarmanto I understand that. Trouble is when trying to install drivers on a windows pc. Then the machine specificity doesn't matter, just the driver version. Touchpad works great with the above link just the versioning is confusing. The 041-96205 installs driver 04/07/2022, 6.1.8000.6 but release notes are for 6.1.19 bootcamp "The Boot Camp 6.1.19 includes updates to the Precision Touchpad driver and other bug fixes." So I guess that link is all there is.
Ah; I see. Yeah, I'm pretty sure that Apple's version for the overall package has nothing to do with the third-party vendors' versions for any given individual driver -- though I can see how (absent that assumption) it might be quite the perplexing coincidence that those two version numbers happen to be similar enough to cause confusion.
