Holiday returns started today. I purchased an Apple Leather Loop at the Apple Store, and the return date is 1/8/20. I can’t find a mention on Apple’s website, but it’s noted on my receipt.

Good to know. Interesting that the Apple official website does not get updated. I wonder if they figure that lots of customers will abuse the return policy during this time buying the the new pricey Macbook Pro 16", AirPods Pro and return them 2 months later. I do know certain people like to buy and return just for the fun of playing with new items they don't really plan on buying. The holiday policy will be great for them to exploit.

I’m sure that happens a lot. I’m glad that I can buy gifts now knowing that I can return them if the recipient already has it or doesn’t like it. :)

Thanks for your info today. I went to an Apple store near my office this evening and purchased Apple Pencil 2. My return date is Jan 8.
