On the plus side, iAds may not go live in July after all as it appears another company has had the trademark for their interactive web-based ads since 2007/8 and are apparently suing Apple over using it.

I personally like the idea of iAds. Chances are it will replace AdMob in at least a few of the current ad-supported apps. I sometimes tap them by accident and get ripped out of the app. At least with iAds I can undo the mistake by easily closing it.

It's not like developers are going to add iAds to their paid apps. I highly doubt any of our current ad-free apps will be affected by this. However, if iAds started showing up in paid apps, then I would be upset.😡
