Yes, it blends. Everything blends... But tell me someone what does this man need these stupid experiments for? I don't understand people doing such things just for fun. For me it seems even a bit sacrilegeous.

He isn't doing it just for fun...it's good publicity. People are constantly passing around links to videos on that site and saying omg this blender is amazing.

And it really does look amazing. My blender can barely blend ice cubes.
 
To be honest I think this is a really clever idea by the blender company.

Instead of wasting millions of dollars on a Superbowl ad, which hardly adds any value, it spends 500 dollars + production costs resulting in lots of views and word of mouth marketing. I read somewhere that this campaign turned out to be hugely successful for Blendtec.

To all people who complain - you think it would be better for this company to spend heaps of money on perfecting a 30-second commercial or sponsoring some sport event? Speaking of waste...
