There are far better podcasts out there.

Was wondering how they might incorporate outdoor walks and runs into F+. Yeah they're podcasts but they are enhanced by the features of F+ such as Apple Music integration and Watch metric integration. My concern is, can these be played without a phone? I always prefer taking just my Apple Watch on runs and walks.

Is it just me or does “time to push”, seem mildly offensive? Like “Time to roll”? Can wheelchair users not use the phrase going for a walk too? Why must they be treated differently... Just asking.
That is a very good question and I would tend to agree.

However, if this "Time to Walk" thing is ONLY for activities tagged as "Walk", then that's ok. I think there is a sports activity specifically related for Wheelchair users, so if the "Time to Walk" feature does not also work with the wheelchair activity, then I think keeping as is, is ok.

I'm hoping for running workouts too but I doubt they'll do that since it'll be too similar to Nike Run Club's guided runs. Not sure how that'll affect their Apple Watch Nike partnership

Ya I'm hoping for something very similar to Nike Run Club's guided runs. I like the Apple fitness app better than Nikes and would like a similar feature carried over.

Seems so yes. I'll stick with my podcasts for walks/runs instead of these but maybe some people will enjoy it. More content is not a bad thing.

I agree. Sometimes maybe one wants a motivation speech. I don't know if these "Time to Walk" audio has time points such as say after 5 minutes the announcer indicates something like "Lets walk now just a bit faster to get the heart rate going". In other words, if the audio involves a little bit of coaching (speed up, slow down, walk at quicker cadence, etc.) then doubly more useful for those times when you want to add a bit of change to a walk.

So literally these are short podcasts from people I don’t care about? I mean, sure? I already have a podcast app on my watch, two actually, why do I need this? Why is this even a thing?

If I'm wearing a watch, I can tell time and know when I have time to walk. Next, Apple will want to tell me it's time to breath. A bit over the top for me.

It blows my mind what people find even "mildly offensive".

Why can't people in a wheelchair be treated differently? How is that offensive?
The facts are, they need to be treated differently as they have different needs to people who do not require a wheel chair. If we treated everyone the same, then we couldn't cater for their needs.

What is up with everyone today having to be treated the same? What happened to individuality and character? Just asking...

This is styled to look like a Memorial... black and white image, with header. Apple should rethink this art.

I just listened to the Shawn Mendes episode. I had no idea who he was; I just picked the shortest length and he was the first.

The episode was well-produced and easy to hear. It wasn’t exactly like having a one-sided conversation during a walk, but it was pretty close for parts of it. The extra content on the Apple Watch was a fun feature b cause the Watch often feels devoid of those types of fun elements. The material discussed in the episode was banal and awkward, but that, I hope, was due to the host and not the direction.
