I just listened the Shawn Mendes - and then I swiped it off the watch. I added the Dolly Parton one and my phone says its on it the watch - but where do I find it - as it isn’t in the Workout/Fitness App on the watch like the original Shawn Mendes was - can anyone help?

Ya I'm hoping for something very similar to Nike Run Club's guided runs. I like the Apple fitness app better than Nikes and would like a similar feature carried over.
Yes, would love to have a guided run and guided training for running too!!

I performed the same steps to see if I could troubleshoot your issue and now I too have no Time to Walk feature available in the Watch. I believe that adding and deleting episodes will come with the WatchOS update due soon.

Crazy eh? Thanks for trying to troubleshoot. On Apple Support Chat and the tech I don't think has even heard of Time to Walk. I'll let you know what they say but I think you might be right!

Mindfulness is not increased by a device on your wrist nagging you all day to read or to meditate or breathe or listen to gussied up new age radio.

Of the technology is telling you what to do every minute, its Home from serving you to bring you master.

NBA player Draymond Green: "There's nothing better than a walk in nature, getting lost in my thoughts, and taking a deep breath of fresh air," Green says.
Precisely why I will never use this feature. I walk to clear my head, not to have it filled with thoughts from someone else I don’t know or care about.

I'm sure no wheelchair user on the planet is offended by "walk". I'm sure a lot of them are offended by constant pandering and special treatment, which the pathetic advocates (that they didn't ask for) love to push.
No that’s a fair point. I was genuinely just throwing it out there!

That is true. I think th main point is using a tool that helps to keep you engaged in getting active, which can be very hard for a lot of people in the beginning.
That tool already exists. It comes preloaded on every Apple Watch and iPhone. This is just a derivative of that in a tightly curated form.

I listen to comedy podcasts while I jog, and audiobooks when I hike. Neither prevent me from clearing my head. I get your meaning though, after glancing at the list of contributors to this program I don’t see a single one I care enough to waste time or bandwidth listening too. Just more curated nonsense someone somewhere THINKS I should be influenced by. That sort of mentality is why I bailed on terrestrial radio in favor of my own music collection and podcast selections in the first place.

Usually podcast guests warm up enough for listeners to get to their core after about one hour.
Some need extra scotch or even pot to make it in that time.

I just listened to the Shawn Mendes episode. I had no idea who he was; I just picked the shortest length and he was the first.

The episode was well-produced and easy to hear. It wasn’t exactly like having a one-sided conversation during a walk, but it was pretty close for parts of it. The extra content on the Apple Watch was a fun feature b cause the Watch often feels devoid of those types of fun elements. The material discussed in the episode was banal and awkward, but that, I hope, was due to the host and not the direction.

FWIW, Shawn Mendes released one of the best albums of 2020. I imagine it's probably not as exciting a listen for someone who's not super familiar with their works, but I'll say as a fan, I enjoyed it (however I'm more excited for Dolly's next time.) 👍🏻

Other innovations are coming in Apple Watch 7:

Time to Wipe!
Time to Flush!
Time to Brush Your Teeth!
Time to Shower!
Time for Mommy to Tuck You In!

Apple can't innovate, my ass!

"Time to Walk episodes will be automatically downloaded to the Apple Watch..." How do I turn off auto downloads? Is it like podcasts where I can go to a page and select "Turn off automatic downloads"? It's a nice feature, but it's just not for me. I don't want this to turn into another U2 debacle.

Yes, you can turn off Automatic Updates in the Watch App on your iPhone.

Open Watch App, go to General > Software Update > Automatic Updates. Toggle off.

I swiped and deleted it from the top of the workouts thinking I was just deleting the Shawn Mendes one (not interested). But apparently that got rid of all of them. So even if I "Add" from my phone, it doesn't show up and it also doesn't show up in the "Add Workouts" on the watch. Any ideas how to get it back?

I have not paid attention to Shawn Mendes. He sounded vaguely familiar and it was queued up as I was about to do a walk anyway, so I checked it out. I was surprised that he was only 22 as he had a surprisingly level view of the importance of savouring time. I think I'm at the right time in life to appreciate the simple truths (some would say banal, as would I not many years back), but I got surprisingly emotional at a certain point in it. He played some tracks too, a couple of which I really liked. I'm looking forward to walking with Dolly next.
