I need a display also. But I'm not expecting to be satisfied by Apple any more. So I'll just continue on without using Apple displays.Delivery times for the current Studio Display have slipped to 2-3 weeks in the UK, I'm remaining optimistic!

I was originally thinking the same thing, but I spend a lot of time in the evenings on my iPad with the keyboard while we're watching TV or something, so I'm used to interacting with both the touchscreen and the keyboard. Occasionally when I want to do some real work, I'll grab my MacBook and sometimes forget which device I'm on and will reach up to swipe something or pinch to zoom and am like "WTF?" for a second or two before my brain registers I'm on my Mac. I'd actually look forward to a touchscreen. Though my M2 Max is working like a champ still.nice! MacBook with touch screen … though i am not a fan of this for laptop.

You know, I know, everybody knows Apple will release new products at approximately a yearly cadence.TBF, you cant have revolutionary product on yearly basis. The advancement plateaued . IMO, they should take things slow and release all new products every 3 years and the in between is just spec bumps. There is nothing revolutionary going to happen in 12 months.
