Any one getting the code on REFURBISHED purchases?

I received the email with the PDF, but I didn't receive the email with the password to open the PDF.

Does anyone know if this binds a copy of Mountain Lion to your account, or is it only good for a one time download?

Scenario:
I have a 2012 MBA that qualifies. I also have an older MBP. When I redeem on my MBA will I later be able to download and install it on my MBP? Does it bind the copy to your user account, or is it a special one-time download?

Did anyone run into this last time around with the Lion Up-to-Date program?

You receive a code which then binds the purchase to your ID.

I just marked Macbook for my new Macbook Air and I've already received my confirmation and code. You should be fine, too.

I got the same thing. When I search my Serial on the Warranty and Service it pulls it all right up. I am glad I keep receipts. I just have to wait until I get home to take a picture of it.

IMO I wouldn't take that to mean anything. Many developers don't update their apps until the OS gets released publicly - no rush to do it before hand is my guess. I don't take much stock in Roaring Apps - there are a ton of apps that haven't been tested yet and that was the case in Lion.

I wouldn't call Roaring Apps the "source", however, for Lion a lot of apps were updated on there prior to the release. So I was surprised that devs and those running seeds had not tested and confirmed compatability of more apps.

Same here. Don't try entering a phone number though as it only accepts US-style numbers.
