Apple's Plan to Pay $100 Million to Settle Developer Lawsuit Gets Preliminary Approval From Judge

I'm glad to see this. Apple intends to keep its developers. Treating them like real businesses and people is long past due. I like all the reforms they propose. Aren't they Apple, tough as nails? No, this is their developers, who must be treated very well. Stick around, developer's.
 
Just found a video regarding the ping pong developers and publishers do to prevent giving out refunds on faulty products (Are Refund Policies ILLEGAL in the Gaming Industry?). Heck, there were games in the past you literally could not complete (5 Completely Broken, Unbeatable Games, Thanks to Developer Stupidity | Fact Hunt | Larry Bundy Jr)

Now are who consumers going to blame when one of those happens to get on the Apple store? Who are they going to go after to get their money? Can you say deep pockets, neighbor?
