You would have paid massive taxes getting out f that 401k. Cash makes nothing sitting in your shoe box. You are clearly scared. Get educated about money. Right now there are great opportunities to be had.

What the hell are you talking about, if I board a plane with a pre-approved entry permit or whatever it's called, but the US border guard doesn't like my face, I'll get put on the returning flight, not taken to a judge.
China stopped being the cheapest over a decade ago. The only cheap things coming out are from state-sponsored sectors trying to ruin Western competition, like solar panels, electric cars, etc.
I think I'm educated. Sell all stock, pay your taxes on it, watch stock price fall 70%, use your money to buy far more shares than you previously had. Cashing out 401k when retired isn't a brutal tax hit, and then you get a bit of spare money to do car repairs and such things when they pop up. And of course the money can sit growing in a 4.5% savings account (if you want to keep instant access to it).
Nothing fancy about money. Unfortunately I truly underestimated how quickly Donny would destroy the economy. I shouldn't have come back from New Zealand at the end of 2024.
As Apple continues heading down another 4% today after three previous days of crashing. The bottom is most likely a few years away. I'll be living on dividends only for awhile and eating spam (Hormel makes it - and they did really well during this market crash).

Joe Biden is responsible for almost half of the national debt accumulated over the entire history of the United States. As Vice President, Obama-Biden added $10.4 TRILLION to the national debt. As President, Joe Biden added about $5.6 TRILLION (though the final figure could end up being as high as $6.6 TRILLION). The national debt right now is $36.2 TRILLION. So do the math: (10.4+5.6)/36.2 = 0.442. That means 44% of the entire debt of the United States was amassed under just one person, Joe Biden. In just 12 years as an executive. And in his previous incarnation as a Senator, he never once voted for or advocated anything that would deal with the debt.
If by chance the final tally is the 6.6 trillion... then (10.4+6.6)/36.2=0.47. 47% of all debt falls under Biden as an Executive.
This is not true. But if you are a jerk or interfere with domestic politics, or commit any encroachment or crime, then yes you should be removed. Guests should be good guests. If you commit a crime while in country on a visa, then you have entered an agreement to behave yourself and your visa can be revoked.
Still waiting for you to tell me what rights have been taken away or why you are afraid to travel to other states.

How the hell am I not? I've just landed on US soil. I'm not free to go wherever, they send me back to the point of origin. If I can't see a judge, why someone entering illegally should? Even though I am a US taxpayer, since I have US shares that pay dividends, but they are withholding 30% of it. I can't see a judge when denied entry, can't vote on elections, what a scandal! Time to spill Coca-Cola into the harbour!

But basically it's China stuff.
It's cheaper for that Chinese products to reach KMart for variety of reasons, but that doesn't mean they still work cheap. Ever heard about tariffs, for example?
Clothing is mostly Vietnam nowadays, that's one of the first sectors that started relocating from China. They are not far now from the bottom of the EU in labour cost:

China with Temu and Alibaba have made fortunes selling cheap crap (mostly) with inexpensive delivery if you can wait a few days.
