Every year most of you complain that real developer won't get the chance to attend since poser/blogger/youtuber take their spot YET most of your guys didn't manage to put touchID/safari keychain API into your app. Don't understand why you need to attend theses workshop since you still don't have the energy or ressource to make thing right

Same thing every year in WWDC. Why not just invest $1600 into your mutual funds instead of the damn ticket?
[doublepost=1491053708][/doublepost]Most valuable developers will get the ticket for free. Only losers need to pay for the tickets.

I think some people still don't realize that sometimes you need to spend money to make money.

Why do you think people spend all their savings to attend a prestigious business school? It's not to get the degree, but the opportunity to meet other business leaders and potential partners.

WWDC was many years ago just a thing for developers, but in a way it has changed. Granted $1600 is a lot, but if your business to Apple and apps, this is an excellent opportunity and that's priceless. Even if your business isn't Apple, you can still gain valuable experience.

Are you calling me a loser? Wait! Don't answer that until I get back from WWDC.

I'm not a developer but I do enjoy watching a few videos from the WWDC app as they appear. Some of it I even understand.

I hope Apple will announce the new Mac Pro at WWDC this year.

Apple makes 70% revenue from iPhone and iStores. 3.5% from iPad, 3.5% from Mac, 1.6% from iWatch, 0.06% from iPods and the rest is cash. This is why Apple doesn't give it **** to Mac if it is outdated. Developers will buy Mac for sure since they have to build apps on Mac anyway (but now you can do it on Windows), it's ok customers are not buying new Macs. As long as customers are keeping buying iPhone, it will keep Apple running good business.

Apple now is a business driven company instead of technology driven company. Even W. Buffet who seldom invests in tech companies invested in Apple recently and made huge profit from it.
