AppleTV will not play itunes movie trailers

It plays my own shows, yahoo etc.
It just will not load and play trailers directly from itunes. It accesses the store fine.All the covers come up and when you pick a movie, then go to view trailer you cannot watch it. I have left it for 5 minutes - so its not a slow download problem.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Try restarting it.

Use the remote to do this by holding down the "menu" and "-" until it starts flashing yellow (on the front of the device).

After a bit, select your language then "Restart".
