Application used by Genius Bar to pull info about iPhone?

i have got my hands on the behavior scan app from app but it doesnt work im trying to find a work around on using it or if someone could help me

There isn't a work around it requires a connection back to apples servers and for you to log in with a valid qualifying employee id.

Mmmm but if I can get apples certificate to run the application and run the server I could work around something so I can use it with login
