Apps updated for iOS 7

The app store keeps showing 4 updates, and then when I open it there are only two available. I wonder if there are iOS7-specific apps that won't show up until I update?

(I'm stuck at work with no WiFi, or I would have already done so 😡)

<groan> Don't take it personally...it's not why would YOU want to use it, but why would ANYONE want to use it -- what are some cool features or advantages for those of us who might want to use it as well?

Be careful . . .

Because Apple chose to allow people to update iTunes, iOS and Apps all on the same day - strange things are happening as the servers are (surprise, surprise) getting hammered.

This Twitter update appeared on my phone for a millisecond and then disappeared.

It didn't show up in iTunes as an update. I had to manually go to the store, search for it and then kick off the update.

It's all a little screwy today, with different things happening for different people.

Yeah, it never appeared but going to the Twitter page in the App store helped - even there it didn't show Update, only Open, but finally got it to work.
 
Wow it's like Christmas! 4 updates are available, I update and all of a sudden I have 2 more then another 3... Hailo and Huffington Post are truly beautiful and the still not pretty Cineplex Mobile at least finally got rid of their absolutely horrid UI. Dozens of apps are updating to a brand new .0 redesign today. Amazing.

Twitter is satisfying in its changes but I'm still looking forward to the real change in UX and organization. The swipe for different feeds and inline photos sound like they'll flush a lot of the complexity out of Twitter and attract new users.

Waiting on Facebook and can't believe the guys at Cultured Code (Things app) are once again late to the game with their iOS 7 redesign coming "later this year". Were they caught by surprise? Did they not get an invite to WWDC or missed the internet for the last 3 months? Shame.
