It's gotten over 10 million downloads in the first few days so apparently some people still like BBM. As for myself, I haven't used BBM since I had a BlackBerry back in '09.

I'm sure most of those downloads were from people curious to see what the deal with it was. I downloaded it, looked around a bit then deleted it.

What choice do they have? Do they just go out of business while giving away free updates? These companies have to pay developers to update their apps. Don't blame these companies because Apple refuses to provide an upgrade system.

You're actually right.

However the reason why I'm pissed is because I bought IM+ Pro only a couple of months ago, and now I have to pay again to upgrade. It's bad timing, sure, but there should be a way to offer a free upgrade to users who recently bought the app.

I didn't mind so much with Tweetbot because I bought it back in 2011, so I've gotten a good two years of usage out of the previous version.

The problem is Apple. Devs have been pushing them hard and they will not budge. But until they provide devs an ability to give previous purchasers an upgrade price separately from a new purchase, this is just going to keep on happening.

This seems somewhat relevant here...in 7.03 when I update Apps, the app being updated no longer shows a loading (clock-type) animation. Have others noticed this as well?

It is tough to tell when the app is fully updated.

Boy, my list is big. I'm currently waiting for WhatsApp, TuneIn Radio, IMDb, Timenotes, YouTube, Remote, iBanner, JustinTV, Keynote Remote, Dropbox, Adobe Reader, Snapseed, Noise Master & Camera Sutra...

Still works as always for me on an iPhone 5.

Try a hard reset. Mine is still as before.

Try boxie app instead of dropbox app, way better.

Finally some Snapseed love! Best editing app. Period.

I just loathe the 3D-ish effect of all Google's app icons...
