What would make you think that?
Don't get me wrong, I would LOVE an update to those apps but, why Friday?

I think so because that's the iPad Air launch date (Nov 1st) so maybe they will update the apps so they are ready to shine on the new tablet.

I'm guessing Remote and iBooks update this Friday, anyone agree?
I give it a plausible.

I hope they don't screw up iBooks. It could use updated buttons. But it better still support sepia, and animated page turns.

Remote and Instagram are my only non flat home screen apps that stand out. I know Instagram will not get an update, but Remote is past due.

Snapseed updated.
Welcome to yesterday's front page news.

I can't believe JustinTV updated to iOS 7 before WhatsApp. Ugly app with ads, but still beat them.

ProCam 2 is now available, completely revamped for iOS 7!16:9 full screen photo taking on iPhone 5, multiple shooting modes, default white balancing and color correction, etc. https://itunes.apple.com/nl/app/procam-2/id730712409?l=en&mt=8

kinda off topic here but does any one here know if reeder is worth the $5 kinda hard for me to switch from a free app flipboard to a paid app i am unsure of

Now that Google Reader is no more, I don't even use Reeder anymore. I use Zite, Flipboard and Feedly.

IMDb said today's update is the last before they release the iOS 7 version.

Yes, it rocks. That dev does solid work.

Personal preference though. I find Flipboard very busy. I prefer the very simple clean interface of Reeder and it's functionality with Readability and sharing.

I've been thinking of buying the new Reeder but that app, since version 1, has always been missing a key feature for me.

Can you confirm if he added the ability to mark as read while scrolling through the article list?

Thanks.

It has that, the previous versions did to as far back as I can remember. Been using it since 2010-ish with iPhone 4.

Swipe left or right, one is star one is mark read, is gesture to mark an article as read.

Don't know if I'm late, but Google Maps updated their app today and I don't remember it having the iOS 7 keyboard before or having the map "bleed" into the status bar. Nothing in the notes though.

----------

I'm not sure if Google Maps was using the iOS 7 keyboard and taskbar before today's update, but it is now.

Gah. Beat me to it.
