April 1 2006; Apple's 30th Anniversary and April Fools 2006

Maybe noone is working at apple in the middle of the night :(

I have to guess Apple is notn releasing new stuff at 6.17 in the moring(atleast were they are)

I'll give it time, Jobs won't lie!:eek: (he will come though like those 3Ghz PM did)
 
Reuters have a story that Steve Jobs and et al have decided to wind up Apple to celebrate the 30 anniversary, thus preventing Apple getting too stale.

If only I could remember the URL....

When does Steve do his keynotes unually? Something like 9 or 10 in the mornung, right? Maybe there will suddenly be a webcast of the 30th anniversary keynote on the main page.

Aww, crap. I remember from somewhere that Apple updates their main page at 6:00 am Pacific Time, and it is now 6:28 in Cupertino. Which means, so far, nothing new:(.

So THIS is Apple's 30th anniversary Mac? Hmmm, it's ashamed it only comes in wood color and is priced twice as much as the nearest peecee with huge keypads and cassette tape drives but it's Apple damnit... I'll take two!
