The UI is so... well let me out it this way, someone at IBM should really read Apple's Human Interface Guide.

the interface i can live with. the fact it's sloooow as crap, crashes ramdomly. we have so many problems with the way the global address books is setup as well... if i wasn't forced to use it i would stay as far away from it as possible.
