That too looks amazing. I don't think I could ever get tired of it. Everything we have is fresh and made in-house. It's a tiny menu, but there are many combinations that I can put together outside of the menu.
I really miss cheffing but while the mind is willing & sharp, the 40+ year old body ...Yanno not so sharp Anymore n feeling those decades of long hours. That Alongside the hours, Man in short, I want to stay married

It's a young man's game now. At 50, I just can't keep up the 70-90 hour weeks anymore. My last job, as corporate chef for a small local chain, did enough damage to convince me that it was time to hang up my knife roll and boss pants, and go work somewhere simple, focused, completely fresh, and small-town. I'm set for cash, so the timing was perfect for me to (semi-) retire.
