is it just me or are most of the people on here who are having problems got the Jet Black color?

EDIT: I think Apple was in such a rush to get them out, there QC lapsed.

If you say so.....smart-ass...lol

Look at all the threads on here with peoples problems. Most of the iPhones with the problems are the jet black ones.

I see all the thread, I disagree. Color on the outside of the phone has nothing to do any issues.

Of course I know that. I just find it interesting and I think Apple was in a rush to get them out.

Okay, but what are you trying to imply? They rushed the color of the phone so now people are having hardware issues, the same hardware in every phone?

I'm thinking that there QC was leaking just to get the iPhones out.

I find that hard to believe and if you don't think Apple has iPhones planned a year or two in advance, then I am not sure what to tell you. They are not going to skimp on quality control to get phones out.

There was a macrumors story out saying that 60-70% of the jet black iPhones cleared QC. I think it was more like 50%. Apple might of had it planned out for over a year, but things happened. Look how hard it is for them to get jet black.

Bizzaro thread.

It's totally possible that QC standards may have slipped in response to churning out as many JB as possible.

It's not that the hardware is different or lacking, they are simply lowering the standards on acceptable components as they scramble to assemble as many as possible.

You'd be amazed the difference tightening all the bolts in something can make.

found the dust i was talking about

Why is it Bizzaro?!? I never said the hardware was different. I was expressing what I was noticing on here and that was it.

Because logic means it makes zero sense. You pick a rumor and then add percentages to it. Then pretend that it leads to quality control issues.

It's bizarre because some people have responded like you're crazy.

One guy literally said Apple wouldn't skimp on QC to get phones out.

You've been attacked so much you didn't realize I was supporting you. It's bizarre. I'm an Apple fanboy myself, but some people are just blind.

Gotcha....sorry about that. I am a little slow tonight. I appreciate the support. I agree, I'm a huge Apple fanboy you name it and I have owned it or still own it...lol. But everyone has got to admit what I see is legit. Again, thank you for the support.

Not necessarily pretending something is or isn't. The guy simple said "Hey, anybody else notice this?"

Logic says yeah, it's a possibility. That can be something that happens in manufacturing.

Whether or no it IS happening, remains to be seen. I lean toward yes, it is. A lot of back order phones got pushed up, and I've seen some nasty defects in JBs.

They may happen just as frequently in other colors, that's true. But like OP said, seems like only the JBs are moaning. It's

It makes perfect sense and sorry you don't see it, but at least I'm not the only one who sees it. Sorry I choose to mention macrumors, would you like me to post the exact article from a different group?
