My only complaint is that removing the hard drive requires a Torx T6 screwdriver, which are hard to find over here. There is absolutely no reason why the screws used for mounting the hard drive are those and the rest regular Philips heads.

But that's a minor complaint, other than that it has worked great and the feature-set is very close to perfect.

After 2 months my MBP 13" totally stopped working, and the shop replaced the logic board, whereupon my arrival to pick up the mac it broke again. Apple shipped me a brand new MBP by the end of the week.

Almost perfect

Had my 13" MBP for 1 month now - it's an absolute joy. I move between the UK and Holland for work, and it's the perfect portable size. The trackpad is a true leap forward for portables, and makes navigation through documents and webpages a breeze. So far there's not one smudge on the screen (and woe betide ANYONE who pokes a grimy finger anywhere near it!).

My only gripe is relatively small, but it is annoying at times. It's that the 2 USB slots are too close together. Many USB peripherals, when plugged into one slot, will render the 2nd slot inaccesible. It's still no reason not to buy one though.

No Torx screwdriver needed over here. I unscrewed them with a simple pair of pliers. I didn't scratch them nor damage them. I had my 320GB HD installed in less than five minutes.

Great laptop but don't expect perfection.

I swapped 4 units until I gave up. First had bad backlight bleeding, yellowish whites (after a full Spyder calibration) and a creaking/cracking hinge; second and third had a pulsing brightness issue on the display (too distracting for me - others could live with it I'm sure); and the fourth had a buldge on the right side that didn't allow it to sit flush.

All of them had unreasonably sharp front edges along the palmrest area.

I ended up with a non-Apple computer in the end and I certainly miss many of the features of the 13" MBP. The size, weight and battery life were excellent.

That said, it's a lottery.

Battery life indicator is flawed.
Only get 3hrs tops if surfing the internet.
at 6 battery cycles, the battery holds a 98% charge(although they're supposed to last 1000 cycles and hold 80% charge).
itunes crashes abit which is very odd.
3rd party programs lack compatibility.
Bootcamp 3.0 is pretty buggy. VMware is actually better for me booting windows 7 than bootcamp.
Sometimes safari will lockup but ehhh they're electronics.
That's about the bad things on my macbook pro so far.

As did I, in the end. But it certainly was more trouble than it should've been.
