Are there comparisons of SSD vs HDD?

I don't use photoshop I don't do much but gaming(rarely since I prefer consoles), music, and internet browsing.

That alone tells me you don't need a SSD and wouldn't benefit much from one.

As far as the install goes, if you know which end of a screwdriver goes where, you've got the necessary skills.

I'm a programmer (in training) so yeah it probably won't do too much for me.
