Hey everyone, I'm nervous about stock issues. I have to get two watches, but thats not what this is about.

Is anyone going to pre-order for home delivery, then go to the store friday afternoon in hopes for in-store order? I am planning on this, then once confirmed, canceling the home delivery order.

What are you planning to do?

Im doing exactly the same for the exact same reasons - I want to have it in my hands as soon as possible on the 24th.

Has anyone seen anything definitive which says wether reservations made in store on the 10th will be able to be collected from the store or will they be delivered by courier?

Nice :). Yeah I hope those in-store reservations, are in-store pickups.

most delivery companies will not hold it until after 1 delivery attempt.

This is true BUT people do have options:

UPS and FedEX both offer free consumer accounts that allow the recipient to change delivery to a nearby UPS Store or FedEx office, respectively.

For a fee they will deliver to your home at a choice of 2 hour time windows.

Additionally, if you don't want to pay the fee UPS will tell you the standard 4 hour expected delivery window at no charge when you log in to your MYUPS account and track the package.
