I'm absolutely getting it. Although I have textmate, iClip & ShapeShifter, I was gonna buy Delicious Library anyways so, I might as well. (for 9 bucks more)

A chance to make a charitable donation too.

oh... textmate got unlocked now, despite the sales not reaching 100k

Just bought a couple bundles with a friend of mine because TextMate got unlocked. I wouldn't be suprised if charity reaches $100k+ as a result of TextMate being unlocked.

It just crossed $100k a few minutes ago! And right now many people are "Digg"ing it.

That's impressive compared to the start. It sounds as if things are picking up speed. I really hope that it turns out to be a good deal for the developers. They deserve payback for their hard work.

I'll be buying it in the later am today  Right now I would like to have RW and DL plus some of the other apps that seem cool but more useful once I can mess around with them.
As others have said a $$ to charity is also a nice touch so really take 25% away from the cost of the apps and it "becomes" better in the end.
Enjoy to all that made the purchase :D

I received my e-mail for NewsFire just a bit ago and the e-mail for ShapeShifter came earlier tonight. I have yet to hear from the TextMate people but it's all moving pretty quickly considering the number of purchasers.

so i plumped in and bought it, because textmate became available, and some of the others look cool

how long does it take to get the keys through for everything? anyone got keys for textmate yet?

(sorry if this has been asked before, my eyes don't seem to be able to pin themselves on the page  )

Considering that some things these apps do will be improved in Leopard or iLife 07(Safari RSS support, Text Edit, better disc burning, supposedly a new GUI, and with iLife 07 there'll be a new iWeb) I don't know whether it is worth it.

The other thing is that DL for example will be upgraded soon to v2 and I doubt they'll give you much of an upgrade price.

I don't know, most apps are old versions that are soon to be replaced anyway. So you should consider that too.

I don't think I'll buy it. I'll wait for the new DL, Leopard and iLife and then decide on what else I need. Just because something is a good deal doesn't necessarily mean you need to buy it.

Question! Aaarg, iClip 4. I'm confused. Is this serial we're getting for iClip 3 and 4, or do we need to wait until 4 is out?

I can't find the info anywhere

I've yet to see the TextMate serial number but I only expected it, as it said, a week after it was unlocked. The others, including NewsFire, have already arrived.

I downloaded version 3.7 and I'll download version 4 when it's ready. The serial number works just fine.

I had none of these apps and was thinking of buying RapidWeaver. This bundle is a great deal for relatively recent switchers like me. I would never have thought of using/buying these applications otherwise.

My TextMate serial number arrived today, so my bundle is complete and usable. That's definitely less than a week.

Well I took the hit today...

No smoking in Disco because of underage graphics card though :'(

Good thing I hear they are working on that :D

No for me cause I have the apps I want, Rapidweaver and don't need Del. Library. If I had a large enough collection of stuff that app would be great. The game choices look interesting but can't justify. Shapeshifter would be fun but after a while the fun would run out. Great prices and great apps if you need or want them.

I already had Delicious Library and Disco, and didn't see the option to gift apps to other people until I had already paid for a copy. Anyway, I did buy the bundle for RapidWeaver, TextMate and to some degree Shapeshifter. I don't really care about the other apps, but I'll at least give them a try, maybe I'll like them. I would have preferred Sandvox to RapidWeaver I think, but whatever.

So far, iClip is my favorite app from the MacHeist bundle. I'm experimenting with it, deciding which hot keys to use for what and when/where I want the iClip window to appear, but it already helps me quite a bit. My editing paradigm can shift, since instead of always doing copy/paste, copy/paste, copy/paste when reorganizing information, I can also copy, copy, copy, and then paste, paste, paste, with a little help from iClip.

I think that operating system should provide multiple clipboard features (a push-down clipboard stack with ways to reorder the stack), but until then this utility should do just fine. I might have to pick up a few more copies of it.
