So was I when I was in my 20s. Super skinny. I was athletic in high school and let myself go when in college. I got so thin people thought I was ill. I got serious about fitness again at about 26. I haven't stopped since. Three days a week at the gym is like youth serum. It's important. Take care of yourself.
