I just ordered an Otterbox Defender Pro case and Zagg Elite Invisibleshield for the iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB in Space Black that I plan to pre-order later this week from Best Buy.

This looks to be an excellent case at a good price point and best of all, you can have it prior to the iPhone 14 release so you can have it protected immediately.

For my iPhone 13 Pro Max I went with the Caudabe Sheath. I love that case. The texture on it is superb. However, it's not yet ready for the iPhone 14 and I don't know how long I want to wait for it.

Doesn’t the Apple clear case scratch the sides of the phone in your experience?

I want to like the clear case, too, but I have found the Apple clear slippery: What’s your secret? Did you find it slippery for a week but then it got better? Have you dropper it and just not had a problem? Do share any magic you may have conjured for this case.
 
Unsure yet, as I was caseless with my XR for 4 years, except for when I was working outside and had it in a bulky protective case.

I'll likely get another cheap bulky protective case, and maybe a leather one (non apple, with a bottom cutout?). It depends how grip-able it feels.
 
I ordered the midnight leather case from Apple and a Spigen clear case with magsafe. Really wanted to order the one from Apple but that cutout at the bottom just doesn’t do it for me, had a bad experience with a drop before.

If the clear case has a closed bottom, I'd be all over it.

The edge of the case just digs into the pinky too much. I woudl get over that though, if they released one this year with black magnets

Are used to always get one of the Apple leather cases, they looked great, but the colors frequently wore off at the edges. This will be my third Mujjo case, their leather is awesome, looks great, and I’ve never had a single problem with color wearing off. They don’t have as great of variety of colors, but they’re excellent cases if you see something you like.

I usually buy a clear spigen case also. Is it just me but the link you posted doesn’t have amazon prime shipping as an option?

I ordered the Ink Apple leather and the lilac and clear otter box defender xt.
 
Apple leather case Umber. With big phones, I like slim cases. I’m using an Apple leather case on my 13 pro now. I’ll be ordering the pro max tomorrow.
 
I grabbed a pitaka, the pro max is a big phone and I need a super slim case. Later in the year I’ll be running it without anything on it, always happens.
 
The iPhone 14 Pro is a much nicer looking phone than I thought it would be, Apple sure pulled it out of the bag this year! I won’t be upgrading due to financial constraints but I hope you all enjoy your new phones!
