Keeping it simple here and going with the midnight apple leather case. It weighs only 33mg, fits like a glove, and feels great in the hand. It’s one of the lightest cases you can find.

At 1pm CST, I pre-ordered my iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB in Space Black at Best Buy. "Estimated" to be Ready for Pickup on Sept 16th. If you want 512GB or 1TB, at least on AT&T, you have to pre-order in the store. With Total Tech Support through which I get AppleCare Plus, Best Buy gift cards and trade-in of $700, buying it outright, net cost was $18.25.

Midnight leather case with space black. Decided on the black last minute since I have the silver 13PM.

I will probably get the Ghostek covert in black frame (new this year). This case is solid grip and has a MagSafe ring behind. All black and stealthy this year!

For the 11 and 12 I've used Maus cases and while they have been very protective, they add more bulk than I'd like. I have a young child so I do need some level of protective case, just not sure I need one quite as protective and bulky as the Maus. I might go for one of the Apple silicone ones, although I do find they aren't the longest lasting cases in general.

I always stick with the official Apple cases. I've had issues with others. I grabbed the midnight leather to go with my Space Black. I will more than likely snatch up a few additional ones, once I can take a look at some of the colors in person. I usually rotate between 2-3 different ones.

I’ll be ordering an Orange Leather Apple case eventually, to go with my coming 14 PM Space Black iPhone. But I’ve been rocking my white 12 PM mostly naked for the last couple of months, as I like the hand-feel of it out of a case. It’s also better at managing heat when out of the case, which is helpful during hot summer months.

Had these today from an Apple Store

I ordered a resin case from Discarve, it should arrive in a few days. Cant wait, never used an iPhone before without any case.

Does anyone know of a case that fully covers the phone - either plastic on front, or it can close up so I can't see the screen.

Something I can put it in while working outside - I have my Apple Watch for viewing any notifications.

So far I've considered the 'waterproof' cases on Amazon

EDIT: I found a cheap one on Amazon, and the reviews of their iPhone 12/13 versions were good, so it'll do for now.

I’m not purchasing a 14, but I think my thought process would be the same as the one I used for my 13 mini. What case would best mitigate the phone wobble without being too bulky? Tried an Apple leather case but I didn’t have the patience to wait for it to soften, so I got this one from Bullstrap. I love it! Though after a while the blue is turning into a deep navy.

iPhone 14PM, Deep Purple, getting the Ink leather case and the apple clear case for now.

I dont’ really care too much about protection, I just want something the smoothes out the giant camera bump, with very very minimal edge or back coverage.. I don’t ever really use a case for any of my iPhones and have never had a problem, so something very minimal just to mask the camera bump a bit is what is needed.

has anyone tried the MagBak cases for their 14 PM?

I think sadly for this phone some of these might be required for lie flat wireless charging, say in a car or other flat surface larger than a magsafe puck type.

No case and no screen protector as always. Easy answer.
Same here! My 13 Pro that I have used caseless for a year is still flawless, not a single mark or scratch.
I have a 14 Pro now and will do the same.

The one thing I do, though, is I use a leather sleeve for the phone when I take it out of the house, throwing it in a backpack or whatever- to me that is the secret to avoiding the micro scratches that otherwise would be inevitable.
